At Custom Guitar Atelier, we respect your privacy and give you the ability to request deletion of your customer account and personal information.
If you created or accessed your Custom Guitar Atelier account using Facebook Login, Google Sign-In, or another supported login method, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Account and Data Deletion
To request deletion of your Custom Guitar Atelier account and associated personal information, please email us at:

Subject: User Data Deletion Request
Please include the name and email address associated with your Custom Guitar Atelier account so that we can identify your account and process your request.
For security purposes, we may ask you to verify your identity before completing the deletion request.
If You Use Facebook Login
You may also remove Custom Guitar Atelier’s connection to your Facebook account through your Facebook settings.
To do so:
- Sign in to your Facebook account.
- Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites.
- Find Custom Guitar Atelier.
- Select Remove.
Removing Custom Guitar Atelier from Facebook stops future authentication through Facebook. However, removing the Facebook connection does not necessarily delete information that has already been stored in your Custom Guitar Atelier customer account.
To request deletion of information stored by Custom Guitar Atelier, please send us a User Data Deletion Requestusing the email address above.
What Information Will Be Deleted
Upon approval of your request, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your customer account where reasonably possible. This may include:
- Account profile information
- Name and contact information associated with your account
- Social login identifiers associated with Facebook or Google
- Saved account preferences
- Other personal information that is no longer required for us to provide our services
Information We May Need to Retain
Certain information may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
For example, we may retain information relating to:
- Completed or active orders
- Payments and transaction records
- Tax and accounting requirements
- Shipping and delivery records
- Warranty or customer service matters
- Fraud prevention and security
- Legal or regulatory obligations
- Disputes or enforcement of our agreements
Where possible, information that no longer needs to identify you will be deleted or anonymized.
Processing Time
We will review and process valid deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. In most cases, requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to identity verification and any applicable legal or regulatory retention requirements.
Important Information
Deleting your Custom Guitar Atelier account:
- Does not delete your Facebook or Google account.
- Does not automatically cancel an active order or payment obligation.
- May prevent you from accessing your previous Custom Guitar Atelier account or order history online.
- Cannot always remove records that we are legally required to retain.
