Shipping Origin and Tracking
Custom Guitar Atelier custom-built instruments and certain products may be manufactured, assembled, or fulfilled through our production facilities and partners in China.
Orders are generally shipped from China using EMS (Express Mail Service) and other available carriers, depending on destination, package requirements, and shipping availability.
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the applicable tracking number and tracking information, where available.

- the full value of the order may be declared on customs forms where required by law or carrier policy

Failure to pay required import charges may result in delays, non-delivery, return of the shipment, or other carrier/customs actions for which Custom Guitar Atelier is not responsible.
10. Shipping Address Accuracy

Custom Guitar Atelier is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional shipping charges, or losses caused by:

13. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned as undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for:

- reshipping charges

Reasonable delays related to manufacturing, sourcing, finishing, quality control, customs clearance, or international shipping do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or return, except where required by applicable law.
