Each instrument is handcrafted to order with a strong commitment to precision, craftsmanship, and quality. Rather than prioritizing speed, we focus on building guitars with the care and attention each piece deserves, resulting in an instrument that is both personal and distinctive.

Please review our Shipping Policy below before placing your order.

1. Production Time

All guitars are made to order based on your selected specifications.

Estimated Production Time:
60–90 working days

Production time may vary depending on:

  • customization complexity
  • order volume
  • material availability

We always strive to complete each build as efficiently as possible without compromising quality.

2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China.

3. Shipping Time and Cost

Once your order has been completed and shipped:

Estimated Shipping Time:
15–30 working days worldwide

Shipping Cost:
Flat rate shipping fee of $150 USD for all countries

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • destination country
  • customs clearance procedures
  • local shipping carriers

4. Production Time vs. Shipping Time

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

Because each guitar is custom made to order, production begins after your order is confirmed. This production period includes the time required to prepare materials, build, customize, inspect, and complete your instrument.

Once production is completed, your order will be shipped from our manufacturing facility in China.

Production Time:
60–90 working days

Shipping Time:
15–30 working days worldwide

This means the total estimated delivery timeframe includes both the production period and the shipping period.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, as each guitar is carefully built to meet your selected specifications rather than taken from ready-made inventory.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped:

  • you will receive a shipping confirmation email
  • a tracking number will be provided

Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

  • import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply
  • these charges are determined by your local customs authority
  • customers are responsible for any additional import charges or related fees

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Shipping Delays

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • high demand or peak seasons
  • shipping carrier disruptions
  • customs inspections
  • international transit issues

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
  • additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • packages marked as Delivered but not received
  • lost or stolen packages after successful delivery

If this occurs, please contact your local shipping carrier directly.

10. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • provide clear photos of the damage and packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
